This is a genuine seofixer.app audit report, prepared 2026-10-04 for a residential roofing company in Texas. I removed the business name, city, phone number, and screenshots. Everything else, every finding and every line of evidence, is exactly what the report said.
My verdict: a normal-looking website that machines struggle to understand. This is the most common result I see. The site looks fine to a human visitor, and almost nothing on it is legible to Google or ChatGPT.
Who made this? seofixer.app runs AI agents that monitor contractor websites for Google and AI-search issues, then fix them every month. Human-reviewed before anything goes live. This sample is a real report with the business details removed. Your free audit looks exactly like this, except with your name on it.
Each finding shows what I observed and what the fix involves. Nothing is vague on purpose.
Every page needs exactly one H1 telling Google what the page is about. This homepage has none, so Google has to guess the topic from the body text.
The fix: Add one H1 naming the service and the city, for example "Roofing Contractor in [City], TX".
The title tag is the headline of the search result. Right now it reads Homepage - [business name]. The word "Homepage" wastes the most valuable keyword position, and there is no service or city in it.
The fix: Rewrite it with the service and city, for example "Roofing Company [City] TX | [Business Name]", kept under about 60 characters.
The meta description says the company serves "Austin and surrounding area", but the business is located elsewhere in Texas. A homeowner searching in the company's actual city sees Austin copy, which reads as out of area.
The fix: Rewrite the description around the city the business actually serves.
No LocalBusiness or Organization structured data was found on the homepage. This company is invisible to the machine-readable layer Google and AI engines use to confirm who and where a business is.
The fix: Add LocalBusiness (RoofingContractor subtype) JSON-LD with name, address, phone, and service area.
Only a phone number appears in the footer. No street address means directories and AI engines cannot confirm the company's location from its own site.
The fix: Publish the full street address in the footer of every page.
Searching the exact business name plus its city returned unrelated businesses instead of the company's profile. Either the profile is missing, unclaimed, or too weak to rank for its own name.
The fix: Claim and complete a Google Business Profile with the exact business name, address, and phone.
Nothing on the services page states a price, a timeline, or a warranty term. AI engines cite pages that give specific, quotable answers. Generic service descriptions get skipped.
The fix: Add specific, quotable facts: typical project timelines, warranty terms, and service-area specifics.
Automated agents crawled the company's website and checked it against a 20-point evidence-based checklist covering Google ranking factors and AI-search citability: titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema markup, NAP consistency, page structure, content citability, and freshness. Every finding above links to the page where it was observed. This report was prepared 2026-10-04 and reflects the site as it existed that day.
Free audit first. I read your site the way Google and ChatGPT do and send you every issue I find, in plain language. No pitch attached to the audit itself.
$497 one-time fix. I fix everything on the report. A human checks every change. Every change goes in a changelog you can read.
$297/month monitoring. AI agents watch your site every month for Google and AI search. When something new breaks or drifts, it gets fixed. If a month turns up nothing, you don't pay for that month.
